Jeff has provided bagpiping for our Butterfly Release Memorial Service at the University of the Pacific with excellent skills to playing, performance, and professionalism. Thanks Jeff, and if you need a bagpiper, it doesn't get any better than Jeff. It was a wonderful and memorable day thanks to Jeff, Catherine and Fiona. We also asked Jeff to bring 2 dancers with him and he provided Catherine and Fiona who were as wonderful at dancing as Jeff was on the bagpipes. Not only does Jeff play well, he is very funny and adds a lot of history behind the songs he plays. He was professional, arrived early for the party and piped my father-in-law into the venue here in Monterey. Well, needless to say Jeff was a smash hit at the party. My father-in-law is from Scotland and really gets emotional at great playing of the pipes. We contracted Jeff to play at the birthday party of my wife's father who was turning 90 in May of 2018. I would hire Jeff again for any event in a heartbeat. He really helped us give my granddad a good send off. Everyone remarked at how beautifully he played. He played a number of lively jigs and reels as guests arrived to the house for the celebration which helped to lighten the mood and even brought the neighbors out to enjoy! All in all, Jeff is an excellent player, very helpful with song choice, professional, and friendly.

Jeff was professional with excellent performance timing, and played all of the tunes we had chatted about on the phone. My granddad was a stickler with music, and would have appreciated and enjoyed Jeff's playing. We hired Jeff to play for my Irish grandfather's funeral and celebration of life. Very grateful for him and will be using him again in the future for happier occasions. Best of all, Jeff was a DREAM to work with which was something that really helped my mom and I during our time of grief. We had a very diverse group at the events honoring my grandmother - Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Irish and non-Irish - and all of them commented on how beautiful and moving Jeff's music was. Although we were devastated by the loss of such an amazing woman, Jeff's bagpipe rendition of Patty's Green Shamrock Shores and Amazing Grace helped us perfectly honor my dear grandmother's life. I chose Jeff to play at both my 98-year-old Irish grandmother's funeral and interment and was blown away by his talent and professionalism. You being there made it so much more special.
